Windows Live Translator is a new web based translation service from microsoft that competes with the Google Translation Service and the most used Altavista’s Babelfish translation which I used many times with some of the Chinese sites. This seems to be powered by the same SYSTRAN translator which powered the Altavista’s Babelfish .This is still in beta stage. The interface seems to be just okay.

It’s kind of disappointing that it uses Systran. It’s not a bad translation system, but it’s hardly worth Microsoft putting this out if that’s all it is.
